Friday night and most of Saturday was spent at a church retreat.
It was awesome.
We went through a seminar about working the Spiritual Disciplines into our daily lives. It was exactly what I needed to be reminded of at this point in my life. I definitely need to finish reading (begin reading again?) Celebration of Discipline.
During the section on "Lectio Divina"we read over Isaiah 43:1-3 and it was exactly what I needed to hear.
I could elaborate more, but I think that is enough for this blog.
Time to catch up on some much needed sleep.
