I had a birthday party today.
My friends all contributed to a delicious meal and they gave me wonderful presents. They know me well. Among their gifts were vegetables to grow in little pots, flowers, a slinky, a Starbucks gift card, a Twilight poster and the Twilight movie!
The best part was that they offered to watch the movie with me! I never would have subjected them to such mushy cheesiness against their will, so I was very pleased. Of course, I gave them full permission to do what they wanted while we watched it, laugh, talk, sleep, whatever. It was great.
